About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fixed Income Specialist to join our team at PGIM Fixed Income. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating large cap private credit investments and driving our newly developed private credit investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the LCPC underwriting efforts and present recommendations to the Senior Credit Leadership and Private Credit Investment Committee.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with sponsors, banks, and other intermediaries.
  • Present investment thesis and positioning to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in the firm's marketing and fundraising efforts as needed.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of fixed income industry experience.
  • Underwriting expertise in large cap private transactions.
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with sponsors, banks, and other intermediaries.
  • Significant knowledge of global capital markets along with strong analytical and investment skills.
  • Ability to distill and communicate complex issues clearly and concisely to a variety of decision makers and audiences.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and enjoy a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA and/or CFA preferred.
  • Ability to travel.
