The PGIM Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is pivotal in assisting the executive leadership in comprehending PGIM's global operations. This team supports the CFO and broader leadership by delivering insightful financial analysis, forecasting, management reporting, and strategic support for the organization's key priorities. The FP&A Analyst position is an excellent opportunity for a driven and skilled individual to collaborate within a high-performing team and gain experience in the asset management sector while directly supporting senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Analyst, you will join a compact FP&A team led by the Head of FP&A, with dual reporting to finance and strategy. You will assume significant responsibilities across various processes and projects, contributing from day one within a high-achieving team. Your duties will include:

  • Facilitating the development of long-term forecasts to guide strategic planning within PGIM.
  • Playing a vital role in enhancing the existing forecasting process through the implementation of new technological solutions.
  • Gaining exposure to PGIM and the asset management field while building a comprehensive finance and analytical skill set.
  • Presenting your analyses and recommendations to senior management.
  • Receiving mentorship from PGIM's senior leaders and training from experts in asset management and strategy.
What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic foundation.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with financial services, particularly in asset management.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A passion for problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
