Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
You will have the opportunity to make significant contributions and add value to various organizational initiatives. Your role may involve working in one of the following areas:

PGIM Real Estate Equity Division

  • Acquisitions: Engage in sourcing, underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence for new acquisitions across PGIM Real Estate's portfolios. Develop cash flow models, sensitivity analyses, and other financial assessments to evaluate potential opportunities.
  • Asset Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders to manage a portfolio of assets, focusing on enhancing performance through strategic leasing and operational initiatives.
PGIM Real Estate Debt Division
  • Originations: Support investment professionals in analyzing and securing loans, including cash flow modeling and market research.
  • Underwriting: Evaluate potential loans to ensure compliance with established standards, conducting thorough due diligence and analysis.
  • Portfolio Management: Assist in achieving mortgage production goals and serve as a resource for origination teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Conducting financial modeling to assess new investment opportunities.
  • Providing analytical support for asset management decisions, including property valuations and joint venture structuring.
  • Developing strategies for capital projects and renovations.
  • Collaborating with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Performing market research and preparing investment committee briefs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Enrollment in an accredited bachelor's or master's program, graduating between December 2024 and May 2025.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • US employment authorization is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Majors in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate are preferred.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate and finance concepts.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
