Your Responsibilities:
As an analyst, you will play a crucial role in various functions, including:
- Acquisitions: Participate in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting financial modeling, and performing due diligence.
- Asset Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the performance of real estate assets through strategic management and operational improvements.
- Debt Originations: Assist in the evaluation and structuring of loans, ensuring thorough analysis and market research.
- Underwriting: Analyze potential loans to ensure compliance with investment standards, managing the due diligence process effectively.
Candidates should be pursuing a degree in a relevant field and possess strong analytical skills. A minimum GPA requirement is in place, and candidates must have the necessary employment authorization.
Preferred Skills:
While not mandatory, candidates with backgrounds in finance, economics, or real estate will find their skills advantageous. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential for success in this role.
