Job Summary

The People Services Coordinator - Employee Relations will play a crucial role in implementing and administering policies, procedures, and programs that foster a positive relationship between employees and the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that promote a positive employee-organization relationship.
  • Lead timely workplace investigations, resolve issues, and document employee and employer relations matters.
  • Collaborate with department leadership to ensure effective employee relations support.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED; Associate Degree preferred.
  • 3-4 years of human resources experience, including interacting with employees and explaining HR services.
  • Experience working in a large organization with 1000+ employees.
  • Proficient in HR information systems and databases.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel for job duties.
