Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the Sports Activity Coordinator is responsible for overseeing practices and games, as well as managing tournaments, sports events, and special activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to any repetitive drills, incidents, accidents, and injuries that may occur during scheduled activities.
- Open and close facilities as required.
- Set up chairs, tables, and sports equipment for various group activities.
- Maintain visibility and availability to coaches, players, spectators, and officials.
- Collaborate with different organizations to ensure the success of leagues, rentals, and tournaments.
- Stay informed about current activities and information related to the sports center.
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of community special events.
- Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service to all patrons.
Required Skills:

- Proficient in writing reports and evaluations.
- Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.

Education and Experience:
