Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee our HVAC service operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently, meeting all deadlines and budgetary constraints while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and submit competitive bids and project estimates.
  • Engage with clients to discuss and assess project requirements.
  • Manage project contracts and ensure adherence to defined scopes of work.
  • Track project budgets and labor expenditures closely.
  • Establish and maintain project timelines with clear milestones.
  • Evaluate and recommend adjustments for project change orders.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of construction documents to identify project needs and opportunities for cost-saving measures.
  • Coordinate billing documentation with accounting teams.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the General Manager regarding project status.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all job site personnel.
  • Attend and facilitate necessary meetings.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of relevant experience in mechanical or HVAC project management. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, is essential. Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu and COINs software is advantageous.

  • Able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in interpreting various forms of instructions.

Language Proficiency:

Must demonstrate effective communication skills in English, collaborating with various stakeholders including clients, employees, and vendors.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires regular mobility within office and construction environments. Candidates must be able to navigate job sites and perform essential functions as needed.
