We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a Facilities Operations Manager to join our dynamic beauty manufacturing organization.

  • Lead a dedicated team of 3-6 professionals
  • Ensure the effective functioning of machinery on the production and product floors
  • Manage the integration of new production lines and the replacement of equipment components

This pivotal position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000-83,000.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Siemens PLC systems
  • Possesses an Associate's degree in a Technical Field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Electronic/Instrumental/Mechanical roles
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience managing a team
  • Familiarity with PLC systems (programming not required)
  • Previous experience in Scheduling and Budgeting
  • Minimum educational requirement of a High School Diploma
