Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage facility operations to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • A commitment to safety and ethical practices.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Management.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in facility maintenance management, ideally in a large-scale industrial setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of building systems, with familiarity in CMMS and BMS/SCADA.
  • A fundamental understanding of at least one technical discipline: Electrical, Mechanical, Water, Controls, or Gas & Chemical.
