Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage facility operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to achieve operational goals and uphold process standards.
- Ensure a safe and compliant workplace for all employees.
- Oversee staffing and training of maintenance personnel.
- Support and monitor site performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- A commitment to safety and ethical practices.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Management.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in facility maintenance management, ideally in a large-scale industrial setting.
- Extensive knowledge of building systems, with familiarity in CMMS and BMS/SCADA.
- A fundamental understanding of at least one technical discipline: Electrical, Mechanical, Water, Controls, or Gas & Chemical.
