- Salary: $72,000-78,000
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Location: Sagewood Health Center
- Vaccination Requirement: FLU vaccine MANDATORY

Position Summary:
We are in search of a proactive Facilities Operations Manager who excels in overseeing the maintenance and operational excellence of our health center. This role encompasses the comprehensive management of the physical plant, ensuring all aspects of maintenance and repair are executed efficiently. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, seasonal repairs, and the upkeep of building systems, collaborating closely with the Marketing Department and external vendors. In partnership with the Director of Plant Operations, you will lead the facilities team, fostering a safe and comfortable environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Oversight: Execute general maintenance tasks, including repairs to walls, flooring, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Project Management: Supervise renovation projects to guarantee quality standards and timely completion.
- Preventive Maintenance: Implement routine checks to ensure the safety and longevity of facilities.
- Repair Duties: Address minor repairs for buildings and equipment as necessary.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor Plant Operations Technicians and Security Officers, coordinating with security personnel as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain emergency call systems and ensure adherence to all safety regulations.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in optimal condition.
- Assist the Director of Plant Operations with various systems, including HVAC and emergency generators, stepping in during their absence if qualified.
- Participate in training and development sessions as required.
- Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma required; technical training or experience preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform basic math.
- Minimum of one year in a supervisory role and five years in maintenance.
- HVAC certification is a plus.
- Experience with emergency call systems preferred.
- Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- AZ Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record for the past 36 months.
