About the Role

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple client locations, focusing on strategic vendor management and operational excellence across diverse sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-site strategies for vendor management and operational efficiency
  • Lead and mentor a team of site managers across multiple locations
  • Standardize vendor management practices and performance metrics across all sites
  • Conduct high-level reviews of vendor performance and contract compliance
  • Coordinate with regional and global teams to align site operations with broader organizational goals
  • Identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions across multiple sites
  • Manage complex vendor relationships and resolve escalated issues
  • Analyze cross-site data to drive continuous improvement and cost optimization
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders on multi-site operational matters
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in site operations or vendor management, with at least 3 years in a multi-site leadership role
  • Proven track record in strategic vendor management and operational excellence across diverse locations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of contract management, performance metrics, and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level facility management and vendor management software
  • Experience in developing and implementing multi-site operational strategies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
  • Professional certifications such as CFM, IFMA Fellow, or equivalent senior-level credentials
  • Experience managing both hard and soft services vendors across a variety of facility types
  • Knowledge of global best practices in facility management and vendor relations
  • Familiarity with international regulations and compliance requirements in facility management
  • Experience with large-scale cost optimization projects and strategic budget management
  • Proficiency in change management and organizational transformation
  • Understanding of emerging technologies in facility management and their strategic application
