Job SummaryThe Senior Facilities Manager will be the primary leader of the facilities personnel and financial management for everything property related. This position will oversee and interface with facilities staff, design and construction teams, engineering and maintenance personnel, and property managers to ensure the highest possible levels and standards of maintenance and operation.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity and excellence, implement and manage operational plans, and support the new regional growth plan and its implementation.
- Facilities Management: Manage and direct facilities managers at each property to ensure that tenants and properties are maintained at the highest possible levels and standards.
- Leadership and Supervision: Manage FM direct reports, vendors, and engineering and maintenance leads, supervise performance of staff, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Financial Management: Develop and review operational budgets, manage specific real estate portfolios, and oversee budget variances for cost centers in the region.
- Contract Management: Negotiate and implement contracts for services, oversee preparation of five-year, recurring maintenance plans for the region, and collaborate with E&M and PMO on capital budget planning and implementation.
- Customer Service: Work with program general managers to manage customer request tracking and quality indicators, supervise FMs to maintain favorable ratings, and manage E&M assigned to the region to assure customers are responded to and property is maintained.
- Experience: 5+ years of facilities management or commercial property management experience working with multiple sites.
- Skills: Highly proficient in facilities systems and protocols, exceptional problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred and related work experience.
- Compensation: $200k - $250K/yrly
