Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Oversee the management of our facilities partner to elevate our workplace operation standards, safety, and compliance.
- Strategic Planning and Leadership: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure operational excellence and decisions are aligned to Team Anywhere goals.
- Support Workplace Experience: Support the Workplace Experience team with Team Anywhere and Experience programs when required.
- Incident and Crisis Management: Provide expert support for incident and crisis management within the workplace.
- Financial Management: Manage financial management for site-based budget categories, including budget preparation and invoice approvals.
- Proficiency in managing facilities, assets, and day-to-day operations while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Real Estate and Workplace teams to strategize and implement office space redesigns.
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating an in-office hospitality environment to elevate the overall workplace experience.
- An experienced workplace and facilities management professional with 10+ years of industry experience.
- A deep knowledge of the North America region and a strong understanding of hard and soft services.
- A strategic thinker experienced with balancing customer needs with business goals.
- An exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
- Zone A: $134,400 - $179,200
- Zone B: $120,900 - $161,200
- Zone C: $111,500 - $148,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
