Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Director to join our team at Atria Senior Living. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our luxury senior living community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of maintenance operations, including leading a team of maintenance staff and ensuring the upkeep of all physical aspects of the community.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best possible service and value.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating assigned staff.
  • Implement and monitor programs to control expenses and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage department expenditures within approved budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as Atria's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or five+ years of high-rise property management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of building facility management, project management, and engineering principles.
  • Specific experience with complex building systems, including building automation systems, work order tracking, and life safety systems.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to follow through until requests are resolved.
  • Solid performance management skills, including the ability to communicate performance expectations and coach staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment and discretion to make decisions that achieve company expectations and goals.
What We Offer

Atria Senior Living offers a competitive salary range of $100,000/yr. - $115,000/yr. dependent on prior work history and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
