Human Resources Administrator

UCSF is seeking a seasoned and experienced Human Resources Administrator to support the long-term success of UCSF Real Estate as an integral member of the Finance, Administration and Operations team.

The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, work independently and within a team environment, remain current in technology, and be extremely well-organized and flexible.

The HR Administrator will collaborate with the Administration team to facilitate HR operations, including:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Coordinating and assisting recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and other HR staff with activities in all recruitment efforts
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records, entering new data, and updating previous employee data in internal HR databases
  • Reviewing, revising, and updating department policies as applicable
  • Preparing various HR documents, including new hire guides, employment contracts, compensation lists, and more
