Job Title: Manager Human Resources

Family Church is a dynamic and growing network of neighborhood churches and schools in South Florida. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Human Resources to join our enthusiastic team.

Job Summary:

The Manager of Human Resources will serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team, providing expertise in HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, and benefits administration. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal legislation and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for assigned business groups.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including open enrollment and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Human Resources administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in HR operations, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
