About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide executive-level support to our team. As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating logistics for office events.

You will also be responsible for providing clerical/data input support for various office administrative systems, performing word processing work, and sorting and delivering mail/packages. Additionally, you will need to prepare documents for shipping, copying, and routine maintenance on mail/copy room equipment.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in an administrative role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be working independently with general supervision, facing difficult but typically not complex problems, and influencing others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
