About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Office Coordinator - Public Health to join our team at Easy Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Public Health department, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other materials. You will also assist in the monitoring of the department or area budget and provide training and guidance to lower level office support staff.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other materials using complex computer operations.
  • Perform complex manipulations of data using thorough knowledge of hardware and software.
  • Prepare narrative, statistical, or tabular material.
  • Coordinate the development of reports or other printed materials.
  • Monitor the department or area budget.
  • Provide training and guidance to lower level office support staff.
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of office practices and procedures.
* Proficiency in a variety of software packages.
* Basic understanding of accounting practices and principles.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
