Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at KW Property Management, LLC. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and courteous assistance to residents and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with training new team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate special events and projects, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding resident expectations.
  • Offer recommendations and arrange tours, providing insider knowledge of the local area and its attractions.
  • Conduct all concierge services with integrity and professionalism, respecting resident privacy and confidentiality.
  • Establish relationships with local merchants and service providers, fostering a network of trusted partners.
  • Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Communicate resident and guest concerns to management promptly, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Arrange for move-ins and move-outs, receiving and logging lost and found items, and maintaining records of packages and deliveries.
  • Assist with newsletter and other mailings, stuffing, labeling, and posting memos in the mailroom.
  • Prepare weekly activity reports, submitting to management as required.
  • Review calendar of events, daily updates, and function sheets to answer questions intelligently and direct residents accordingly.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma; AA or BA preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of computer software programs commonly used in the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service.

Work Environment:

This role operates in a luxury, high-end community, often assisting guests in outside weather conditions. The physical demands of this job require regular standing, walking, and use of hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move items over 25 pounds.

Travel:

Travel is primarily local during the business day.

Supervision:

This position reports to the Association Manager of the community.
