  • Product Information: Provide detailed information about VINEVIDA's products and services, assist customers with order processing, and handle payments as needed.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate front-desk activities to ensure seamless customer interactions.
