Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Receptionist & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Two Scents LLC. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling mail and packages, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating office activities.
  • Prepare and manage reports, assist with office documentation, and support other administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and contribute positively to the overall office environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; additional certification or education in Office Management or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role.
