Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our sales team and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and product offerings that meet customer demands.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the flooring industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus commission structure based on individual and team performance.
