The Director of Business Development and Contracts position at Catalyst Clinical Research LLC requires a strategic thinker to lead proposal development, contract management, and business growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Leverage industry expertise to develop high-quality proposals and manage contracts from initiation to execution.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Finance to negotiate financial and contractual aspects of proposals and contracts.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance proposal development processes and improve overall business performance.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in CRO or biopharmaceutical industries, with a proven track record in proposal development, contract management, and business growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
