Salary: The estimated annual income for this position is $225,000+, with a potential to earn up to $450,000+ based on performance. A base draw of $60,000 and uncapped commissions will provide a solid foundation for financial stability and opportunities for growth.

Job Description:
In this key role, you will develop and execute strategic outreach plans to connect with potential investors, conduct research and analysis on market trends and investment opportunities, present investment opportunities to investors, and leverage your enthusiasm and creativity to excite investors and build trust. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Closing Managers to achieve results and drive business forward. Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and creative and innovative thinking. Bonus points for experience in the real estate industry, proficiency with CRM software, experience in lead generation and prospecting, strong account management skills, and fluency in Spanish.
