Role Summary:

The Beauty Sales and Artistry Specialist serves as a key representative of our brand, focusing on sales, education, and artistry. This role ensures the smooth operation of the Charlotte Tilbury account within retail environments, embodying our brand values of professionalism, proactivity, passion, prescriptiveness, and potential. The Specialist is tasked with achieving optimal financial outcomes by maximizing sales potential and providing exceptional customer service.

This position requires a deep enthusiasm for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, creating a personalized and memorable shopping experience for our clientele.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Sales & Artistry Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance

  • Drive in-store financial performance to meet and exceed established targets, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Unit Sales (AUS) and Items Per Transaction (IPT).
  • Set individual and team sales goals to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Communicate objectives clearly and collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and proactively identify opportunities for improvement through artistry and operational excellence.
  • Act as a specialist within the retail artistry sector, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Innovate to foster continuous business growth.
  • Consistently promote the unique 'Tilbury Touch' to both team members and customers.

Customer Engagement

  • Lead by example to exemplify the 'Tilbury Touch' and outstanding customer service.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service quality through training and in-store support.
  • Address customer inquiries with sound judgment to achieve positive resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the Education and Artistry team to ensure ongoing training aligns with Charlotte Tilbury standards.
  • Extend exceptional service beyond the store environment through proactive client engagement.
  • Foster an atmosphere that inspires and motivates exceptional service delivery.

Team Development

  • Anticipate staffing needs and assist in recruiting top talent to meet business objectives.
  • Build a cohesive team culture that promotes collaboration and creativity.
  • Encourage open communication and recognize outstanding performance.

Operational Excellence

  • Implement development plans to support business growth.
  • Ensure the retail space is consistently prepared for customers.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock effectively.
  • Optimize staffing schedules based on customer traffic and business requirements.
  • Adhere to budget guidelines for store expenses.
  • Implement visual merchandising and promotional displays as directed.
  • Ensure compliance with cash loss prevention and security protocols.

Partnerships and Relationships

  • Develop strong, respectful relationships with store teams.
  • Communicate effectively to build meaningful partnerships.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance sales collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in beauty retail management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Management preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record in developing successful sales strategies.
  • Experience in building high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Capability to establish successful partnerships with retail stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
