About the Role

Sedgwick is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for expanding and enhancing our top line through diligent relationship building and maintenance with prospective clients across an area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement sales and service plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs and opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
