Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Drive demand generation initiatives, curate and shape large opportunities/deals to augment consulting growth and create business opportunities across TCS US health insurance clients.
  • Client Leadership: Lead and support complex delivery engagements, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and delivering exceptional quality work that meets or exceeds client needs and expectations.
  • Thought Leadership: Elevate TCS industry eminence by collaborating with our marketing team to brand our offerings and showcase our thought leadership through case studies, articles, whitepapers, and presentations at industry events.
  • Practice Development: Build and lead high-performing teams, nurturing and grooming our consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, and driving the development of market-relevant domain offerings and value propositions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional strategies and goals in alignment with TCS's overall vision, collaborating with regional Account/Sales teams to manage the pre-sales process and provide leadership throughout the sales-cycle.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in solution selling, multi-functional leadership, and experience in Marketing and Marketing Technologies, including data insights, analytics, and digital marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of the application of consumer and behavioral data, proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals, and experience with sales targets.
  • Proven success in managing clients with multiple lines of business, ability to map technology solutions to solve business problems or advance business goals, and demonstrating resilience and creativity to gain commitments over challenging sales cycles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, financial and business acumen, and experience and temperament working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
