Healthcare Business Development Manager/Coach

The Blue & Co. Healthcare Business Development Manager/Coach will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the healthcare industry. This individual will focus on coaching our partners and managers on business development best practices, building strong relationships with current and potential clients, developing strategic initiatives to increase our market presence, and contributing to the overall growth of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective healthcare clients.
- Collaboration, Coaching and Internal Coordination: Partner with our accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting teams to ensure seamless service delivery to healthcare clients.
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough data-based market analysis to identify potential clients and emerging trends within the healthcare industry.
- Strategic Business Development: Create and execute comprehensive business development plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, practices, and financial services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
