Overview:
ThinkTank LLC is seeking a highly skilled Direct Market Manager to lead a team of Broadband Consultants in promoting and enrolling eligible customers into an affordable home internet and streaming TV service package. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the campaign's success, ensuring team adherence to sales and enrollment procedures, and directly engaging with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of Broadband Consultants in various in-person distribution locations, providing guidance and support to ensure high activation rates and compliance with the 90-day customer retention requirement.
- Training and Development: Train and support team members on the enrollment process, product benefits, and customer interaction techniques, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
- Customer Engagement: Participate directly in customer enrollments to provide firsthand sales experiences and insights, helping to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance and Logistics: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in campaign execution, handling logistical aspects of campaign management, including scheduling, location setup, and material distribution.
