Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Pro QC International North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts and maximize profitability
- Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationships
- Achieve business goals and revenue targets
- Implement strategy for driving profitable sales growth through client penetration
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients
- Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities
- Provide superior customer service and maintain high client satisfaction
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new tools and processes
- Support sales teams to improve performance and reach targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Experience managing large account portfolios
- Strong customer service and project management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Highly organized and solution-oriented
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
- Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure
