Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Pro QC International North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts and maximize profitability
  • Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationships
  • Achieve business goals and revenue targets
  • Implement strategy for driving profitable sales growth through client penetration
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients
  • Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide superior customer service and maintain high client satisfaction
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose new tools and processes
  • Support sales teams to improve performance and reach targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Experience managing large account portfolios
  • Strong customer service and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Highly organized and solution-oriented
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
  • Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure
