Job Title: Intact Family Services Case Manager

The Intact Family Services Case Manager plays a vital role in providing in-home services to support families in need. This position requires a strong understanding of human service principles and the ability to develop relationships with clients to assess their needs and create effective service plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client assessments and develop strength-based service plans
  • Utilize the SACWICS data system to coordinate and facilitate services
  • Provide crisis intervention services and assist families in locating employment, housing, daycare, and other basic needs
  • Arrange and/or provide transportation for families as needed
  • Participate in Court proceedings on behalf of the child and family, including testimony and hearings
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field, preferably with CWEL licensure
  • Auto insurance, driver's license, and physical exam/TB clearance
