Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Pro QC International North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business initiatives and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to meet sales ambitions
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at potential and existing customers
  • Create sales quotations that meet customer requirements
  • Forecast, track, and report key metrics
  • Perform research, generate leads, and maintain a pipeline of potential new customers
  • Organize and chair business review meetings and introduction meetings
  • Maintain close communication with internal teams and leverage capabilities to provide customers with a customer-centric experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Experience managing large account portfolios
  • Knowledge or experience in mechanical or electrical products preferred
  • Strong customer service and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Highly organized and solution-oriented
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
