  • Consulting with clients, businesses, and institutions to develop and implement tailored real estate investment strategies.
  • Conducting thorough analyses of client properties, including value assessments, market comparisons, and comprehensive research.
  • Investigating local market conditions and remaining informed about industry developments.
  • Promoting investment real estate to internal and external stakeholders, as well as active investors.
  • Collaborating with Senior Agents to reach business and career objectives, with a clear pathway for advancement.
  • Building networks with other professionals in the industry.
