Position Overview:
Apollo Inc is currently seeking a Senior Manager of Charter Operations to spearhead the development and management of our Charter Representative Program. This role involves leading a dedicated team of Charter Representatives and Ground Service Representatives, ensuring excellence in service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee the Charter Representative Program, including budget management.
  • Coordinate scheduling and travel arrangements for the team, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Manage financial transactions related to Charter Contract Representatives.
  • Implement and oversee various projects related to automation and IT within the Charter Representative Program.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in our systems, including Charter Summary updates and flight information.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Lead and hold accountable the Charter Representatives and Ground Service Representatives to uphold Apollo Inc's operational standards.
  • Conduct audits and provide constructive feedback on training accuracy for team members.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to address operational needs related to Charter Representatives.
  • Manage team performance, including recruitment, coaching, and ensuring skill alignment with program demands.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that leverages employee talents and experiences.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
  • Minimum of 4 years in airline operations, preferably in charter services.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role with increasing responsibilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and respond to urgent needs.
  • Ground Security Coordinator certification is preferred.
