Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the operations of our Lifespark Senior Living Community in Fridley, MN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and service to our residents, while also driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the overall operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with customer needs, government regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain excellent care for residents, while achieving business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate departmental activities, communicate policies, and provide feedback to staff.
  • Oversee and conduct regular rounds to ensure delivery of nursing care, cleanliness, and appearance of the facility, and resident needs are being addressed.
  • Manage facility budgets, labor costs, payables, and receivables.
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to maximize census, payer mix, and ancillary revenues.
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of operation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Gerontology, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care.
