Sun Country Airlines is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Charter Representative Program. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing the program, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence.

About Sun Country Airlines

We are a unique hybrid low-cost carrier with over 40 years of Minnesota roots. We offer scheduled flights to destinations across the U.S., Canada, Central America, and the Caribbean, as well as charter and cargo operations around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Charter Representative Program, including budget oversight and resource allocation.
  • Manage the schedule and associated travel planning for the team, ensuring seamless execution and optimal resource utilization.
  • Design and implement various projects in AIMS, Automation, and IT to enhance the Charter Representative Program's efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Charter Representatives and Ground Service Representatives to Sun Country Airlines' operational standards.
  • Participate in and identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working within operations at an airline, preferably charter operations.
  • 2+ years of experience managing, supervising, and mentoring a team with increasing leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ground Security Coordinator certification.
