Role Overview

The Sales Enablement function is pivotal in enhancing sales efficiency and capabilities to drive new business and strengthen client relationships. Our mission is to scale operations through effective learning, certification, risk management, and innovative technology solutions that boost associate productivity and ensure a unified approach to client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize established methodologies to collect, organize, and assess operational data and metrics; analyze and synthesize findings; prepare comprehensive reports or presentations.
  • Contribute to the creation of new processes or procedures for necessary analytics.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and business personnel.
  • Develop and present informational and decision-making reports, analyses, and presentations.
  • Analyze and define business challenges, opportunities, and enhancements, implementing effective business solutions.
  • Participate in project teams or lead initiatives within the function or business unit.
  • Act as a resource for junior staff on complex issues.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior staff and associates pursuing certification.
  • Ensure transparency in project progress and apply sound judgment to anticipate and mitigate significant risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Gather and analyze information, offering recommendations to resolve business challenges typically in support of a specific business unit.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, proactively suggesting adjustments to optimize costs, benefits, and delivery speed.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of pertinent work experience.
  • FINRA 7/66 (63/65) licenses.

Preferred:

  • CRPC or CFP Designation.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
  • Familiarity with Project Management and Change Management.
  • Agile Certification.
  • FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility:

This position allows for remote work flexibility.

Compensation:

Base salary range: $83,000 - $141,000 USD, with placement based on relevant experience and skills. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance.
