Job Summary:

Optimal Wireless is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Lead to join our team. As a Store Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales quotas, and leading a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell wireless phones, service plans, and accessories to customers, and provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales representatives, provide guidance and support, and help to achieve sales goals.
  • Store Operations: Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and help to create a positive working environment.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in outside sales events and promotions, and help to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum one year retail experience in sales or customer service, and minimum one year experience handling cash transactions.
  • Skills: Proficient use of PC software (MS Office preferred), ability to lift 35lbs, and bilingual.
  • Work Environment: Standard 35-40 hour work week, shifts vary from day to evening, and physical labor may be required.
