We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Lead Business Analyst to support our development initiatives and collaborate with our dedicated team of problem solvers. Role Responsibilities:

In the capacity of a Lead Business Analyst, you will guide and engage in requirements evaluations, client assistance, testing, and ongoing readiness assessments. You will research and document business requirements, acting as a liaison for users and clients by collaborating directly with developers, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and testers to ensure that the final product meets the identified customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Over ten years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Slack or Mattermost
  • Experience in engaging with customers, stakeholders, and agile software development teams
  • Expertise in requirements analysis, scaled agile frameworks, data analytics, risk management, and agile transformations
  • Technical background in software development, systems engineering, integration, or release management
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
  • Knowledge of data security practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Relevant certifications in data management, data engineering, software development, cybersecurity, or SAFe are advantageous

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Secret security clearance

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid - Colorado Springs, CO
  • May involve up to 10% travel

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $105,000 - $140,000
  • Compensation is based on the candidate's extensive experience, demonstrated skills, and proven capabilities
