Role Overview

  • Collaborates effectively with stakeholders at all levels, proactively suggesting adjustments to optimize costs, benefits, and delivery speed.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of pertinent work experience.
  • FINRA 7/66 (63/65) licenses.

Preferred:

  • CRPC or CFP Designation.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
  • Familiarity with Project Management and Change Management methodologies.
  • Agile Certification.

Work Flexibility:

This position allows for remote work flexibility.

Compensation:

Base salary range: $83,000 - $141,000 USD, determined by relevant experience and skills. This salary is part of a comprehensive compensation package that may include discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance.
