Food and Beverage Operations Manager

As a Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Marriott, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food and beverage experiences. You will be the driving force behind maintaining our high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and lounges.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
- Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver exceptional service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as culinary, purchasing, and marketing, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of food and beverage staff.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Make recommendations to senior management on operational improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth opportunities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree in hospitality, food service management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and financial management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
