About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Tao Group Hospitality. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our beverage department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of beverage staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the beverage department, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of beverages, to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads, to ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety, food safety, and liquor laws.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of three to five years' experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of beverage operations, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Certifications: Possession of or ability to obtain a valid working card as required by state and city regulations.
