Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional service and quality.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining high profit margins.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverage products meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.

Requirements
