Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our hotel, ensuring that guests have an exceptional dining experience. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team, maintain high standards of quality, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement culinary strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth
- Manage a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company standards and policies
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving guest satisfaction
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with guests, staff, and vendors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food and Beverage, or a related field
- Sommelier or mixology certifications
