Position Overview:

The Senior Business Strategy Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience strategy for InHome Delivery. This position is essential for orchestrating a blend of strategic and operational initiatives across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data to pinpoint challenges and areas for improvement in the member experience.
  • Collaborate across departments to transform insights into actionable strategies and roadmaps aimed at enhancing everyday customer interactions and influencing future product and service designs.
  • Assist in the development of scalable, multi-channel strategies that promote new member acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee project management activities, ensuring seamless progress across all aspects including resource allocation, design, and analytics.
  • Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, facilitating the removal of obstacles to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide expert consulting and act as a customer experience subject matter expert to senior leadership, effectively communicating the needs of current and prospective customers.
  • Manage regular operational reporting for the business, including the preparation of materials and monitoring of operational plans.
  • Champion a member-first approach throughout the organization, advocating for customer-centric practices at all levels.
  • Contribute to defining the future landscape within the rapidly growing member segment.
