Job Title: Registered Client Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Registered Client Service Associate to join our team at Wedbush Securities. As a key member of our Financial Services division, you will provide exceptional support to our Financial Advisors and senior management team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales and administrative support to clients and Financial Advisors, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client account information, assisting Financial Advisors with special projects as needed.
  • Coordinate and prepare for client review meetings, setting up new accounts and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
  • Organize and maintain calendars and meeting schedules, ensuring timely reminders and notifications.
  • Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports with precision and attention to detail.
  • Research and arrange detailed travel plans, preparing travel itineraries and compiling all necessary documents and information.
  • Interact with clients both in person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Follow up on deadline-driven tasks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Answer phones and take detailed, accurate messages, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain files and documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • FINRA Series 7 license required.
  • 3+ years of broker/dealer sales support experience preferred.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and exceptional communication skills.
  • Basic/working knowledge of general office procedures and equipment, including multi-line phones, FAX, computer, and keyboard skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor essential.
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines required.
