Job Overview
This role involves providing top-notch administrative support to the President/CEO, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Core Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for executives, employees, and external vendors and stakeholders, handling emails and prioritizing messages based on timeline, importance, and key players involved.
Prepare and coordinate hosted events, including contract negotiation and vendor selection.
Register team members for educational events, seminars, trainings, and other meetings.
Maintain Company vehicle lists and schedule maintenance appointments.
Assist with front desk duties and manage the reception area effectively.
Essential Qualifications
This position requires a minimum of five-to-seven years of experience in an office/administrative role, specifically supporting CEO/C-Suite level executives. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to use discretion, and maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the Internet for research is also necessary.
