Executive Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the Executive Office in setting and advancing Goldman Sachs corporate strategy. The successful candidate will play a key role in preserving the firm's distinctive culture and safeguarding its relationships with alumni, clients, shareholders, policy makers, and the broader public.
Key Responsibilities- Provide organizational support in sourcing, vetting, and procuring external speakers for firm conferences and events.
- Schedule planning calls for internal working groups and research potential speakers.
- Confirm speaker and moderator availability for thought leadership events and conferences.
- Work with the Events team to coordinate calls and ensure speakers and moderators are prepared to participate.
- Create speaker briefing documents and liaise with appropriate parties to review and distribute.
- Assist with facilitating execution of speaker agreements and collection of supporting documents.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver reporting and communications.
- Support the firm's efforts to develop, distribute, and amplify content related to Goldman Sachs conferences and events across the firm's channels.
- Experience establishing and managing processes and communications.
- Results-oriented, self-directed with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects and function as part of a cohesive team.
- Advanced skills in using PowerPoint to create compelling, visually engaging materials.
- Ability to efficiently conduct in-depth research on a wide array of issues.
- Demonstrates good judgment and discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work across various projects and with different stakeholders globally.
