Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain high-performing store teams, fostering a culture of excellence, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth, manage expenses, and maintain inventory levels in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure exceptional Guest Services, resolving customer complaints, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the district manager to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and stay up-to-date on company initiatives.
  • Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention, to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
  • Prior retail management experience is required.
  • Ability to work in excess of 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
