Job Title: Store Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, including managing sales, customer service, and inventory. You will also be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and customer service operations to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Lead a team of sales associates and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of key holder, supervisory, and management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check required, including motor vehicle report, and other background checks as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Leadership in a sales or customer service-oriented position.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
